{"id":142287,"date":"2024-09-14T02:15:52","date_gmt":"2024-09-14T08:15:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2024\/?p=142287"},"modified":"2024-09-14T02:15:52","modified_gmt":"2024-09-14T08:15:52","slug":"con-los-votos-de-alejandro-leal-y-bernarda-reyes-durante-una-sesion-adelantada-el-congreso-de-slp-avalo-la-reforma-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2024\/con-los-votos-de-alejandro-leal-y-bernarda-reyes-durante-una-sesion-adelantada-el-congreso-de-slp-avalo-la-reforma-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"Con los votos de Alejandro Leal y Bernarda Reyes durante una sesi\u00f3n adelantada, el Congreso de SLP aval\u00f3 la reforma judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Presentamos el sentido del voto de cada legislador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SLP.- Antes de lo previsto el Congreso de San Luis Potos\u00ed vot\u00f3 y aprob\u00f3 la reforma judicial con 19 votos a favor, 7 en contra y 0 abstenciones, adem\u00e1s de que destac\u00f3 la ausencia de la diputada Gabriela Mart\u00ednez L\u00e1rraga, del partido Redes Sociales Progresistas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Y es que la sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria para llevar a cabo esta votaci\u00f3n estaba programada para las 3 de la tarde pero al concluir la Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria, se cit\u00f3 a los diputados para que diera inicio a las 11:30 de la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto provoc\u00f3 la molestia del diputado del PAN Rub\u00e9n Guajardo Barrera quien se\u00f1al\u00f3 violaciones a la norma legislativa, al afirmar que no se les notific\u00f3 con anticipaci\u00f3n al resto de los legisladores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al iniciar la sesi\u00f3n la primera en subir a tribuna fue la diputada Aranzaz\u00fa Puente quien manifest\u00f3 su voto en contra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En respuesta, el diputado de MORENA Cuauhtli Badillo fij\u00f3 su postura en defensa de la reforma judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En contraparte, el voto del diputado del PRI Alejandro Leal fue a favor de esta reforma pidiendo adem\u00e1s un voto de confianza para la presidenta electa Claudia Sheinbaum.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, la diputada de Movimiento Ciudadano Emma Idalia Salda\u00f1a manifest\u00f3 su voto en contra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mauricio Ram\u00edrez Konishi tambi\u00e9n de Movimiento Ciudadano vot\u00f3 en contra de la reforma judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La diputada del PRI pero postulada por el PAN Bernarda Reyes tambi\u00e9n fij\u00f3 su postura votando a favor al decir que los grupos vulnerables\u00a0 y la poblaci\u00f3n ind\u00edgena, tendr\u00e1n por fin la posibilidad de acceder a la justicia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En la sesi\u00f3n estuvieron 26 de los 27 diputados votando a favor de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VOTO A FAVOR:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">ALEJANDRO LEAL (PRI)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">BERNARDA REYES (PRI postulada por el PAN))<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">LILIANA FLORES ALMAZ\u00c1N (sin partido)<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>ELENA RAM\u00cdREZ (Conciencia Popular)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">CLAUDIA TRIST\u00c1N (Partido Nueva Alianza)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">EDUARDO BRIONES (suplente de J.Luis Fdz.
