{"id":101669,"date":"2023-07-18T15:59:06","date_gmt":"2023-07-18T21:59:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2023\/?p=101669"},"modified":"2023-07-18T15:59:06","modified_gmt":"2023-07-18T21:59:06","slug":"aprueban-perseguir-de-oficio-el-maltrato-animal-en-cdmx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2023\/aprueban-perseguir-de-oficio-el-maltrato-animal-en-cdmx\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban perseguir de oficio el maltrato animal en CDMX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.- La Comisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n y Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia del Congreso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico aprob\u00f3 un dictamen para que el maltrato animal se persiga de oficio y no solo por denuncia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta reforma permitir\u00e1 que los casos de maltrato animal se judicialicen de inmediato para evitar que queden impunes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Actualmente, se requiere que los due\u00f1os, tutores o responsables del animal presenten una denuncia para que se persiga el maltrato animal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sin embargo, algunos casos quedan en total impunidad debido a que son cometidos por los propios responsables de los animales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los legisladores se\u00f1alaron que los delitos cometidos en contra de cualquier especie animal no pueden quedar acotados a la presentaci\u00f3n de una querella por parte de los due\u00f1os, tutores o responsables, ya que estos delitos afectan no solo a los derechos de los animales, sino tambi\u00e9n al medio ambiente del que toda persona es parte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Bienestar Animal, Jes\u00fas Sesma, celebr\u00f3 la aprobaci\u00f3n de este dictamen y afirm\u00f3 que esta reforma dar\u00e1 claridad para que las autoridades como jueces y Ministerios P\u00fablicos hagan mejor su trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sesma tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la importancia de combatir el maltrato y la crueldad animal con mejores herramientas, ya que estos delitos van en aumento en la capital del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la persecuci\u00f3n de los delitos de oficio, solo se necesitar\u00e1 la denuncia de cualquier persona y no solo de las que tengan una relaci\u00f3n directa con el animal, lo que resulta vital para combatir el maltrato y la crueldad animal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez que esta reforma sea avalada por el Pleno y publicada en la Gaceta Oficial, los casos de maltrato animal se judicializar\u00e1n de inmediato para evitar que queden impunes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.- La Comisi\u00f3n de Administraci\u00f3n y Procuraci\u00f3n de Justicia del Congreso de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico aprob\u00f3 un dictamen para que el maltrato animal se persiga de oficio y no solo por denuncia.
