{"id":41664,"date":"2021-11-12T19:10:27","date_gmt":"2021-11-13T01:10:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2021\/?p=41664"},"modified":"2021-11-12T19:11:06","modified_gmt":"2021-11-13T01:11:06","slug":"congreso-y-gobierno-realizaron-foro-estatal-para-la-consulta-publica-a-personas-con-discapacidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2021\/congreso-y-gobierno-realizaron-foro-estatal-para-la-consulta-publica-a-personas-con-discapacidad\/","title":{"rendered":"Congreso y Gobierno realizaron Foro Estatal para la Consulta P\u00fablica a personas con discapacidad."},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li>Hacen un llamado a la construcci\u00f3n de alianzas incluyentes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">SLP.- Este viernes se llev\u00f3 a cabo el Foro Estatal para la Consulta P\u00fablica a personas con discapacidad en relacionada a la iniciativa de Ley Asistencia Social para el Estado y Municipios de San Luis Potos\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En esta Consulta participan tambi\u00e9n el Congreso del Estado, DIF Estatal, el Supremo Tribunal de Justicia, Gobierno del Estado y la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su intervenci\u00f3n la presidenta del Sistema DIF Estatal, Ruth Gonz\u00e1lez Silva, afirm\u00f3 que la realizaci\u00f3n de esta consulta a personas con discapacidad representa un hecho hist\u00f3rico en San Luis Potos\u00ed y que adem\u00e1s, ser\u00e1 ejemplo a nivel nacional ya que es la primera ocasi\u00f3n en que se realiza este ejercicio que dijo, sentar\u00e1 un precedente en la elaboraci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en materia de inclusi\u00f3n para las personas con discapacidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por su parte, el diputado Jos\u00e9 Luis Fern\u00e1ndez, presidente de la Junta de Coordinaci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Congreso del Estado, resalt\u00f3 que esta consulta, es un hecho in\u00e9dito que dar\u00e1 paso a una nueva forma de hacer parlamento en el Poder Legislativo de San Luis Potos\u00ed y de todo el pa\u00eds, para conocer las opiniones de las personas con discapacidad y con base en ello, realizar las reformas legislativas que mejoren su calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su intervenci\u00f3n, la diputada Yolanda Josefina Cepeda Echavarr\u00eda, presidenta de la Directiva del Congreso del Estado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el Poder Legislativo se tienen el compromiso de impulsar las leyes locales armonizadas con los Tratados Internacionales, que atiendan la deuda hist\u00f3rica que se tiene con este sector.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En su intervenci\u00f3n la presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal de Derechos Humanos, Giovanna Arg\u00fcelles Moreno se\u00f1al\u00f3 que esta consulta permitir\u00e1 evidenciar y prevenir violaciones a los derechos humanos de las personas con discapacidad, al decir que las deficiencias sumadas a las barreras es lo que crean una condici\u00f3n de discapacidad entre la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por: Claudio Ibarra<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hacen un llamado a la construcci\u00f3n de alianzas incluyentes.
