{"id":33498,"date":"2021-09-24T14:59:58","date_gmt":"2021-09-24T20:59:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2021\/?p=33498"},"modified":"2021-09-24T14:59:58","modified_gmt":"2021-09-24T20:59:58","slug":"por-presunta-extorsion-fge-detuvo-a-un-hombre-en-rioverde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2021\/por-presunta-extorsion-fge-detuvo-a-un-hombre-en-rioverde\/","title":{"rendered":"Por presunta extorsi\u00f3n, FGE detuvo a un hombre en Rioverde"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Habr\u00eda amenazado a la v\u00edctima con hacerle da\u00f1o<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rioverde.- Agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) llevaron a cabo la cumplimentaci\u00f3n de una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de un hombre de 25 a\u00f1os de edad por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fue el 17 de septiembre del 2021, cuando el agraviado fue citado presuntamente por Jorge \u201cN\u201d en la plaza principal de Puente del Carmen en Rioverde, exigi\u00e9ndole la cantidad de 10 mil pesos para no provocarle ning\u00fan da\u00f1o a \u00e9l o alg\u00fan familiar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A consecuencia del miedo, la v\u00edctima llevaba una cantidad de dinero, la cual la habr\u00eda sido arrebatada por el se\u00f1alado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La v\u00edctima acudi\u00f3 a denunciar lo ocurrido a la Cuarta Delegaci\u00f3n de la FGESLP, iniciando as\u00ed las indagaciones por parte del personal de la Direcci\u00f3n General de M\u00e9todos de Investigaci\u00f3n quienes lograron obtener datos de prueba en contra del presunto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico acudi\u00f3 ante el Juez de Control para solicitarle la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por el delito antes mencionado, misma que fue concedida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los elementos de la PDI dieron paso a las acciones tendientes a su cumplimentaci\u00f3n del mandamiento judicial, logrando tenerlo a la vista en las calles Moctezuma y Morelos de la zona Centro, en el municipio de Ciudad Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El individuo fue informado del motivo de su detenci\u00f3n, siendo trasladado al centro de reinserci\u00f3n social en Rioverde, quedando a espera que se realice la audiencia inicial.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Habr\u00eda amenazado a la v\u00edctima con hacerle da\u00f1o Rioverde.- Agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) llevaron a cabo la cumplimentaci\u00f3n de una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de un hombre de 25 a\u00f1os de edad por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de extorsi\u00f3n, inform\u00f3 la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP).
