{"id":32765,"date":"2021-09-19T13:44:53","date_gmt":"2021-09-19T19:44:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2021\/?p=32765"},"modified":"2021-09-21T22:06:15","modified_gmt":"2021-09-22T04:06:15","slug":"por-presunto-fraude-fiscalia-detuvo-a-una-mujer-en-ciudad-valles","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2021\/por-presunto-fraude-fiscalia-detuvo-a-una-mujer-en-ciudad-valles\/","title":{"rendered":"Por presunto fraude, Fiscal\u00eda detuvo a una mujer en Ciudad Valles"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Presumiblemente recibi\u00f3 dinero para unos tr\u00e1mites que no realiz\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ciudad Valles.- En Ciudad Valles, una mujer de 32 a\u00f1os de edad fue asegurada por agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP), por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de fraude.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todo inici\u00f3 el 15 de diciembre de 2017, cuando la imputada acudi\u00f3 al negocio de la v\u00edctima en el bulevar Adolfo L\u00f3pez Mateos de la colonia Plan de Ayala y presuntamente mediante enga\u00f1os la afectada le entreg\u00f3 12 mil pesos en dinero en efectivo a la indiciada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto con el fin de que Anabel \u201cN\u201d, le ayudar\u00eda a tramitar un perd\u00f3n migratorio; posteriormente, a finales del mismo mes la agraviada le entreg\u00f3 a esa persona 1 mil 500 pesos, para que contratara a un abogado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Posteriormente, la v\u00edctima le entreg\u00f3 otros 13 mil 400 pesos a la presunta para un supuesto viaje para acudir al tr\u00e1mite de la visa que hasta la fecha no ha sido realizado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dicho acontecimiento fue recibido en la Delegaci\u00f3n S\u00e9ptima de la FGESLP, donde se realizaron las indagatorias y se iniciaron las acciones penales en contra de la probable responsable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al judicializar la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico le solicit\u00f3 a un Juez de Control que librara una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra de Anabel \u201cN\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los elementos investigadores fueron tras la indiciada y establecieron su paradero sobre la calle Josefa Ortiz de Dom\u00ednguez y avenida Santa Rosa en la colonia Diana de Ciudad Valles, donde finalmente fue detenida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El centro de reinserci\u00f3n social de la Huasteca Norte, ser\u00e1 quien mantenga bajo resguardo a esta persona hasta que su estado legal sea resuelto en su totalidad.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Presumiblemente recibi\u00f3 dinero para unos tr\u00e1mites que no realiz\u00f3 Ciudad Valles.- En Ciudad Valles, una mujer de 32 a\u00f1os de edad fue asegurada por agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP), por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de fraude.
