aparentemente incumplen regulaciones, hasta que esta agencia pueda evaluar su seguridad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00abDurante la pandemia, la agencia ha observado un fuerte aumento en productos sanitizantes para manos de M\u00e9xico cuyo etiquetado conten\u00eda etanol, pero en pruebas salieron positivos por contaminaci\u00f3n de metanol\u00bb, detall\u00f3 la FDA en un comunicado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El metanol, indic\u00f3, es una sustancia que puede ser t\u00f3xica al absorberse a trav\u00e9s de la piel y cuya ingesti\u00f3n puede poner en riesgo la vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seg\u00fan un an\u00e1lisis de la FDA a sanitizantes importados de M\u00e9xico entre abril y diciembre de 2020, se encontr\u00f3 que 84% de las muestras no cumpl\u00edan con las regulaciones de la agencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s, la mitad de las muestras ten\u00edan ingredientes t\u00f3xicos como metanol y propanol
