consigui\u00f3 que fuera a vinculado a proceso un hombre al que se le imput\u00f3 el delito de abigeato equiparado en Tamu\u00edn.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Durante la audiencia inicial, los litigadores expusieron algunos medios de prueba en contra de C\u00e9sar \u201cN\u201d y el Juez de Control indic\u00f3 que este asunto tendr\u00e1 un periodo de tres meses de plazo para el cierre de la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Los hechos ocurrieron el 28 de marzo de 2019, en un rancho conocido como La Herradura en el ejido El Caracol del municipio referido, donde el sujeto mencionado con ayuda de varios trabajadores, presumiblemente marc\u00f3 mediante herraje a 101 semovientes que no eran de su propiedad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Al percatarse de lo anterior, el due\u00f1o de los animales acudi\u00f3 a denunciar lo acontecido, y elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) llevaron a cabo algunas labores de campo y obtuvieron pruebas que hicieron llegar al agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Delegaci\u00f3n S\u00e9ptima, quien solicit\u00f3 la citaci\u00f3n del imputado al Juez de Control.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El se\u00f1alado acat\u00f3 lo ordenado por la autoridad judicial y se present\u00f3 en la audiencia, en donde enfrent\u00f3 su procedimiento legal por el delito de abigeato equiparado; de esta forma, se le dict\u00f3 el auto de vinculaci\u00f3n a proceso, en espera de que concluyan las investigaciones complementarias sobre este
