recluido en el centro penitenciario de La Pila por presuntamente el mismo delito<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SLP.- Elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP), cumplimentaron una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en reclusi\u00f3n a un hombre de nombre Jos\u00e9 Israel \u201cN\u201d, despu\u00e9s de que fue se\u00f1alado como el presunto autor de un robo perpetrado con violencia a una tienda de conveniencia ubicada en la Capital potosina.<\/p>\n<p>La instituci\u00f3n indic\u00f3 que, tras investigaciones realizadas luego que en el establecimiento comercial de la avenida Estrella y avenida Observatorio en la colonia Del Llano, reportaran que un sujeto presuntamente armado hab\u00eda ingresado para robar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El individuo presuntamente amag\u00f3 a los empleados y los llev\u00f3 cerca del mostrador, y de esta forma, se apoder\u00f3 del dinero en efectivo de la venta del d\u00eda, as\u00ed como mercanc\u00eda entre cigarros y bebidas embriagantes; despu\u00e9s huy\u00f3 del lugar con rumbo desconocido, esto, a finales del mes de octubre de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Tras la denuncia en la FGESLP, el agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico de la Unidad Especializada de Investigaci\u00f3n de Robo de Casa Habitaci\u00f3n, Industria y Comercio, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 los datos de prueba obtenidos a la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y la judicializ\u00f3, para solicitarle al Juez de Control la orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por el delito de robo calificado.<\/p>\n<p>Ya con el mandato en su poder, elementos de la PDI se dirigieron al centro penitenciario n\u00famero uno de la ciudad de San Luis Potos\u00ed, ya que ah\u00ed se encuentra Jos\u00e9 Israel \u201cN\u201d y le informaron del nuevo mandato en su contra.<\/p>\n<p>Dicha persona est\u00e1 recluida por otro caso similar, despu\u00e9s que presuntamente con el mismo modus
