{"id":106042,"date":"2020-01-21T14:10:28","date_gmt":"2020-01-21T20:10:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2020\/?p=106042"},"modified":"2020-01-21T14:10:28","modified_gmt":"2020-01-21T20:10:28","slug":"garcia-luna-no-negocia-acuerdo-de-culpabilidad-abogado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2020\/garcia-luna-no-negocia-acuerdo-de-culpabilidad-abogado\/","title":{"rendered":"Garc\u00eda Luna no negocia acuerdo de culpabilidad: abogado"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">En la comparecencia del exsecretario este martes, juez de Nueva York le fija nueva audiencia para el 2 de abril<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Nueva York.- El exsecretario de Seguridad P\u00fablica mexicano, Genaro Garc\u00eda Luna, compareci\u00f3 este martes en un juzgado de Brooklyn, Nueva York.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Al salir de la audiencia, C\u00e9sar de Castro, el abogado de oficio de Garc\u00eda Luna, asegur\u00f3 que no est\u00e1n negociando un acuerdo de culpabilidad con el gobierno de Estados Unidos ni est\u00e1n interesados en ello.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Agreg\u00f3 que al exfuncionario del expresidente Felipe Calder\u00f3n le cortaron el acceso al sistema financiero mexicano y por eso no ha podido contratar abogado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El abogado de oficio se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, en Texas, Garc\u00eda Luna estuvo en aislamiento y ha tenido muy poco o ning\u00fan contacto con la familia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El juez Brian Cogan fij\u00f3 nueva audiencia para el 2 de abril.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En tanto, que los fiscales dijeron que tienen toneladas de evidencia contra Genaro Garc\u00eda Luna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Garc\u00eda Luna fue arrestado el 9 de diciembre en Dallas, Texas. Su primera audiencia fue el pasado 3 de enero para enfrentar los cargos en la corte federal de Brooklyn, donde la jueza Peggy Kuo le deneg\u00f3 dejarlo en libertad bajo fianza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El gobierno de Estados Unidos acusa al exfuncionario de aceptar millones de d\u00f3lares en sobornos. Seg\u00fan la acusaci\u00f3n, entre 2001 y 2012 acept\u00f3 dinero a cambio de brindar protecci\u00f3n al c\u00e1rtel de Sinaloa para sus actividades de narcotr\u00e1fico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Entre 2001 y el 2005, Garc\u00eda Luna dirig\u00eda la Agencia Federal de Investigaci\u00f3n (AFI) de M\u00e9xico (creada en 2001 bajo la presidencia de Vicente Fox).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">De 2006 a 2012 ocup\u00f3 el cargo de secretario de Seguridad P\u00fablica en la administraci\u00f3n de Calder\u00f3n.
