d\u00edas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SLP.- En audiencia inicial donde se presentaron pruebas suficientes por parte de abogados de la Unidad Especializada de Justicia para Adolescentes de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGESLP), un individuo que responde al nombre de David Alberto \u201cN\u201d de 19 a\u00f1os fue vinculado a proceso por el delito violaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El Juez de Control le dict\u00f3 al imputado como medida cautelar la prisi\u00f3n preventiva oficiosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Adem\u00e1s, dict\u00f3 un plazo de dos meses para que la defensa y autoridades de la Fiscal\u00eda agreguen m\u00e1s pruebas para la investigaci\u00f3n complementaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lo previo fue el resultado despu\u00e9s de que se libr\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en contra del detenido al ser se\u00f1alado por pruebas iniciales de ser el probable participe en el hecho ocurrido el 25 de abril de 2017, en un domicilio ubicado en la calle de la Luz en la colonia Pozuelos de la ciudad de San Luis Potos\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seg\u00fan los padres de la v\u00edctima, indicaron que el ahora detenido era un familiar cercano y que en ese momento ten\u00eda 17 a\u00f1os, siendo una vez que fue sorprendido cometiendo el il\u00edcito en contra de uno de sus hijos de cuatro a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Posteriormente, huy\u00f3 consciente de lo que hab\u00eda hecho, y presuntamente se mantuvo pr\u00f3fugo por dos a\u00f1os en la ciudad Zapopan en el estado de Jalisco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Sin embargo, fue aprehendido despu\u00e9s de que agentes de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) de la FGESLP, coordin\u00e1ndose con sus hom\u00f3logos de esa entidad logr\u00e1ndolo localizar en la avenida Acueducto y Anillo Perif\u00e9rico en la colonia Acueducto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El sujeto fue trasladado a la Capital potosina directamente al centro de reinserci\u00f3n social de La Pila en donde inici\u00f3 su proceso que hasta
