una vivienda en el Barrio El Refugio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">San Ciro de Acosta.- Un sujeto de 34 a\u00f1os de edad fue asegurado por la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGESLP), despu\u00e9s de que se gir\u00f3 una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n en su contra por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de lesiones calificadas en San Ciro de Acosta.<\/p>\n<p>En un domicilio ubicado en la calle Ultramar en el del barrio El Refugio en el municipio se\u00f1alado, se encontraban conviviendo el agraviado y el ahora imputado consumiendo bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas, el pasado 21 de junio de 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Tiempo despu\u00e9s comenzaron a discutir por rencillas del pasado, al grado que comenzaron a intercambiar agresiones f\u00edsicas.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, uno de ellos presuntamente sac\u00f3 de entre sus ropas un arma de fuego y realiz\u00f3 detonaciones hacia su contrincante, caus\u00e1ndole una lesi\u00f3n en la pierna derecha; seguido esto, huy\u00f3 del lugar con rumbo desconocido.<\/p>\n<p>El hombre herido fue llevado a un hospital cercano al lugar de los hechos, y cuando su estado de salud mejor\u00f3, acudi\u00f3 ante la Delegaci\u00f3n Cuarta de la Fiscal\u00eda a presentar su denuncia respectiva de lo acontecido y solicitar que se sancione conforme a la ley al presunto.<\/p>\n<p>Polic\u00edas investigadores de la instituci\u00f3n comenzaron con los primeros actos de investigaci\u00f3n, en trabajo de campo y recolecci\u00f3n de testimonios de presuntos testigos presenciales, y establecieron que un individuo que responde al nombre de Jos\u00e9 Feliciano \u201cN\u201d como el probable interviniente en el hecho.<\/p>\n<p>Al tener conocimiento de lo previo, el Juez de Control libr\u00f3 el mandamiento judicial para la detenci\u00f3n de este sujeto, por lo que agentes de la PDI, se abocaron a su localizaci\u00f3n, teniendo resultados positivos al asegurarlo mientras transitaba sobre la calle Jorge Ferretiz en la colonia de La Ilusi\u00f3n en el municipio en Rioverde.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la captura del individuo, los oficiales le hicieron lectura de sus derechos que goza en su estado como detenido, y con previa certificaci\u00f3n medica fue llevado al centro de reinserci\u00f3n social es de la zona Media para iniciar con su proceso
