{"id":77329,"date":"2019-10-24T18:46:13","date_gmt":"2019-10-24T23:46:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2019\/?p=77329"},"modified":"2019-10-24T18:46:13","modified_gmt":"2019-10-24T23:46:13","slug":"pdi-capturo-a-sujeto-por-presunto-robo-a-una-tienda-de-conveniencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2019\/pdi-capturo-a-sujeto-por-presunto-robo-a-una-tienda-de-conveniencia\/","title":{"rendered":"PDI captur\u00f3 a sujeto por presunto robo a una tienda de conveniencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Presuntamente se transportaba en un taxi luego de cometer el il\u00edcito<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SLP.- Elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGESLP), detuvieron a un sujeto por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de robo calificado cometido en la ciudad de San Luis Potos\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Los polic\u00edas investigadores de la instituci\u00f3n, llevaron a cabo el aseguramiento de un hombre al que identificaron como Manuel Eduardo \u201cN\u201d de 25 a\u00f1os, despu\u00e9s de haber realizado indagaciones de campo para dar con su paradero.<\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior, debido a que el individuo le fue girada una orden de aprehensi\u00f3n por el Juez de Control, luego que el representante legal de una empresa de tiendas de conveniencia interpusiera la denuncia y aportara algunos datos al agente del Ministerio P\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>Las investigaciones arrojaron que el ahora imputado comet\u00eda los robos traslad\u00e1ndose en un carro con caracter\u00edsticas de ser taxi, en distintas sucursales de la compa\u00f1\u00eda afectada.<\/p>\n<p>La cumplimentaci\u00f3n de dicho mandato se logr\u00f3 cuando se tuvo al hombre transitando sobre la calle de Jos\u00e9 Santos Hern\u00e1ndez en el barrio de San Juan de Guadalupe en la Capital potosina.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el aseguramiento, se le indic\u00f3 la existencia de la orden girada en su contra por el delito de robo calificado, as\u00ed como la lectura de sus derechos que goza como detenido, para despu\u00e9s ser trasladado a la Direcci\u00f3n General de M\u00e9todos de Investigaci\u00f3n para su certificaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica respectiva.<\/p>\n<p>Tras lo previo, el ahora detenido fue puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la autoridad judicial quien ser\u00e1 la encargada de determinar su situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Presuntamente se transportaba en un taxi luego de cometer el il\u00edcito SLP.- Elementos de la Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n (PDI) de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado (FGESLP), detuvieron a un sujeto por su probable participaci\u00f3n en el delito de robo calificado cometido en la ciudad de San Luis Potos\u00ed.
