Daniel Casas Rosales, Coordinador Estatal de Salud Mental y Adiciones de los Servicios de Salud de San Luis Potos\u00ed.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">El lema para la conmemoraci\u00f3n de este a\u00f1o es: \u201cPromoci\u00f3n de la Salud Mental y la Prevenci\u00f3n del Suicidio\u201d, y es que es a trav\u00e9s de la promoci\u00f3n de la salud mental que se influye directamente en la prevenci\u00f3n del suicidio, afirm\u00f3 el funcionario estatal.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">El suicidio es ya un problema de salud p\u00fablica mundial, pues seg\u00fan los datos de la Organizaci\u00f3n Mundial de la Salud (OMS) m\u00e1s de 800 mil personas mueren cada a\u00f1o por suicidio, siendo esta la segunda causa principal de muerte entre personas de 15 a 29 a\u00f1os de edad.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">En lo que refiere a la prevenci\u00f3n, en los Servicios de Salud hemos emprendido acciones en instituciones educativas por medio del reconocimiento de \u201cEscuela YO. Prevenci\u00f3n del Suicidio\u201d, donde se realizan actividades que fortalecen el sentido de pertenencia y la expresi\u00f3n de emociones entre los escolares; as\u00ed mismo, se realiza permanentemente la campa\u00f1a \u201cAmor por la Vida\u201d con la finalidad de compartir frases, pensamientos e ideas positivas acerca del sentido de vivir.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Por ello en las unidades de salud se aplica la escala de Montgomery-Asberg para detecci\u00f3n de depresi\u00f3n, los casos positivos son referidos a los centros especializados como los Centros Integrales de Salud Mental o la Cl\u00ednica Psiqui\u00e1trica \u201cDr. Everardo Neumann Pe\u00f1a\u201d.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">El Coordinador Estatal de Salud Mental y Adiciones de los Servicios de Salud de San Luis Potos\u00ed Daniel Casas Rosales, inform\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n se ha fortalecido la estructura de detecci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n del suicidio por medio de la colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional con los DIF Municipales a trav\u00e9s de la conformaci\u00f3n de los Comit\u00e9s Interinstitucionales de Prevenci\u00f3n Integral de Suicidio (CIPIS por sus siglas), mismos que llevan a cabo actividades estructuradas con herramientas estandarizadas y con capacitaciones constantes en temas de salud mental.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Precis\u00f3 que \u201cmuchas veces se cree que somos solo los adultos quienes tomamos conductas suicidas, pero debemos saber que hay gran cantidad de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes que tienen comportamientos de este tipo como consecuencia de la violencia, el abuso sexual, el bullying y el ciberbullying, por lo que es necesario seguir focalizando las estrategias para su prevenci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">En los Servicios de Salud se trabaja a trav\u00e9s de la promoci\u00f3n de la salud mental con un proceso encaminado a dar poder, conocimiento, habilidades y los recursos necesarios al individuo, la familia y la comunidad, con la presencia de m\u00e1s factores protectores que favorezcan el bienestar mental e impactar directamente en la disminuci\u00f3n de los factores de riesgo, detall\u00f3 el funcionario de la secretar\u00eda de Salud estatal.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Para concluir, Daniel Casas Rosales pidi\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n sumarse a las actividades de promoci\u00f3n de salud mental, y con ello mejorar la conectividad social y el desarrollo de experiencias que incidan en el di\u00e1logo interior de cada persona, de manera positiva y le ayude a sentirse bien consigo mismo.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SLP.- Este 10 de octubre se conmemora el D\u00eda Mundial de Salud Mental, y con ello se busca continuar haciendo \u00e9nfasis en las actividades que se realizan para impactar directamente a la disminuci\u00f3n de las tasas mundiales de suicidio, inform\u00f3 el Lic.
