{"id":7100,"date":"2019-06-05T07:22:55","date_gmt":"2019-06-05T12:22:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2019\/?p=7100"},"modified":"2019-06-05T07:22:55","modified_gmt":"2019-06-05T12:22:55","slug":"largas-y-mas-largas-en-la-construccion-de-la-presa-la-maroma","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/canal7slp.tv\/2019\/largas-y-mas-largas-en-la-construccion-de-la-presa-la-maroma\/","title":{"rendered":"Largas y m\u00e1s largas en la construcci\u00f3n de la presa \u201cLa Maroma\u201d."},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\">SLP.- La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA) pronuncia que ser\u00e1 en diciembre cuando concluya la construcci\u00f3n de la cortina de la presa \u201cLa Maroma\u201d y hasta 2020 que todo el complejo est\u00e9 en funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En marzo del a\u00f1o en curso, el titular de la Comisi\u00f3n Estatal del Agua (CONAGUA) Jes\u00fas Medina Salazar confirm\u00f3 una reprogramaci\u00f3n, con octubre de supuesto plazo fatal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">No obstante, la postura presentada en el Congreso Local, cambi\u00f3 este martes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">En la Unidad Administrativa Municipal (UAM) Manuel T\u00e9llez Bugar\u00edn, quien encabeza la CONAGUA, extern\u00f3 que ser\u00eda el \u00faltimo mes del a\u00f1o, cuando la cortina est\u00e9 lista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Afirm\u00f3 que el avance de la presa es de 30 por ciento y la obra global se acercar\u00eda a 55 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Indic\u00f3 que la planta potabilizadora ubicada en San Miguel de los Castillo, Matehuala est\u00e1 terminada, mientras el acueducto lleva 90 por ciento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Reconoci\u00f3 que si ya existiera la presa, otra hubiera sido la situaci\u00f3n en el Altiplano por la tromba recientemente registrada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El mes pasado, desde la Cl\u00ednica de Litigio Estrat\u00e9gico de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma de San Luis Potos\u00ed (UASLP) fue advertido un cambio en el proyecto, que implicaba \u00fanicamente dejarle como acueducto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Manuel T\u00e9llez Bugar\u00edn neg\u00f3 tal transformaci\u00f3n del programa de obra.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">De igual forma, descart\u00f3 modificaciones en el presupuesto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ello a pesar de se\u00f1alamientos de que la inversi\u00f3n original para el plan de trabajo que rondaba en 396 millones de pesos, ya reportaba un sobrecosto de 20 millones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Aun con el conflicto en tribunales con habitantes del Ejido La Presa -a ra\u00edz de la exposici\u00f3n de innumerables inconsistencias-, neg\u00f3 que el programa de construcci\u00f3n de La Maroma se caiga.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Por: Paulina Rodr\u00edguez<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SLP.- La Comisi\u00f3n Nacional del Agua (CONAGUA) pronuncia que ser\u00e1 en diciembre cuando concluya la construcci\u00f3n de la cortina de la presa \u201cLa Maroma\u201d y hasta 2020 que todo el complejo est\u00e9 en funcionamiento.
