style=\"text-align: justify;\">M\u00e9xico.- Despu\u00e9s de que los abogados de Rosario Robles presentaran en su defensa un documento que vinculaban en el caso de la llamada &#8220;Estafa Maestra&#8221;al expresidente Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto y al exsecretario de Hacienda, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Meade, este ultim\u00f3 ser\u00eda investigado por la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica (FGR) por las mismas omisiones imputadas a la acusada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Por lo expuesto en audiencia, se requiri\u00f3 a la Fiscal\u00eda federal, con el objeto de determinar si se inicia una investigaci\u00f3n en contra de Jos\u00e9 Antonio Meade Kuribre\u00f1a, por las mismas omisiones imputadas\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el juez de control del Reclusorio Sur, Felipe de Jes\u00fas Delgadillo Padierna.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La defensa de Robles Berlanga, argumentaron que en el acta de entrega recepci\u00f3n del 26 de septiembre de 2015 se notific\u00f3 a su sucesor en la Sedesol, Jos\u00e9 Antonio Meade Kuribre\u00f1a obre los procesos de fiscalizaci\u00f3n y las investigaciones en curso que hab\u00eda en dicha dependencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El juez acuso a Robles de ocultar a su superior jer\u00e1rquico las irregularidades y no se han presentado, hasta el momento, los oficios que demuestren que se inform\u00f3 al titular del Poder Ejecutivo Federal en los t\u00e9rminos de la Ley Federal de Presupuesto y Responsabilidad Hacendaria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Es trascendental porque, si se inform\u00f3 al presidente de la Rep\u00fablica (Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto) y no se presentan los medios escritos a trav\u00e9s de los cuales se hizo, entonces se le est\u00e1
