Fern\u00e1ndez<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ciudad Fern\u00e1ndez.- La Polic\u00eda de Investigaci\u00f3n en Ciudad Fern\u00e1ndez (PDI) llev\u00f3 a cabo un cateo en un predio de ese municipio con la finalidad de localizar un autom\u00f3vil con reporte de robo, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para la realizaci\u00f3n de dicho cateo se acordono un \u00e1rea con personal y veh\u00edculos oficiales, adem\u00e1s se cont\u00f3 con el apoyo de elementos de la Guardia Nacional; al llegar al lugar se les notific\u00f3 a las moradoras del domicilio la orden con la que se contaba y la actividad que se realizar\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En el sitio los agentes de investigaci\u00f3n tuvieron a las vista varias unidades, las cuales fueron revisadas, solicitando informaci\u00f3n de las mismas no contando con reporte de robo, sin embargo, al continuar con el recorrido se percataron que en el lugar se encontraba una camioneta con las caracter\u00edsticas que se describ\u00edan en la orden judicial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por lo que procedieron a corroborar dicha informaci\u00f3n siendo esta la camioneta color blanco, marca jeep, con placas de una organizaci\u00f3n, mismo que si contaba con reporte de robo vigente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez localizado el veh\u00edculo denunciado en la orden de cateo, los elementos de la Fiscal\u00eda llevaron a cabo su aseguramiento con el auxilio de una gr\u00faa particular, para su puesta a disposici\u00f3n ante el Ministerio Publico conocedor de la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n y sea este quien determine lo
