agredida<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ciudad Valles.- Un individuo que presumiblemente agredi\u00f3 a su pareja fue vinculado a proceso, despu\u00e9s de que litigadores de la S\u00e9ptima Delegaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado de San Luis Potos\u00ed (FGESLP) aportaron datos iniciales de prueba de su probable responsabilidad en esos hechos acontecidos en Ciudad Valles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El Juez de Control en la audiencia inicial, no dict\u00f3 medidas cautelares para el imputado y estableci\u00f3 un plazo de 4 meses para que la Fiscal\u00eda y la defensa aporten mayores pruebas en las investigaciones complementarias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Seg\u00fan la informaci\u00f3n vertida durante el proceso, fue el 11 de marzo de 2019 cuando la mujer iba saliendo de un gimnasio en el fraccionamiento Norte Residencial del municipio antes mencionado y al intentar subirse a su autom\u00f3vil, el imputado identificado como Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe \u201cN\u201d, se acerc\u00f3 y la jal\u00f3, brind\u00e1ndole diversos empujones al tiempo que le gritaba groser\u00edas e insultos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Posteriormente, le dio una cachetada en el p\u00f3mulo izquierdo y con el pu\u00f1o la golpe\u00f3 fuertemente en la nuca y en la parte del cuello.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">La mujer acudi\u00f3 a denunciar al quien era su pareja, y el personal de la FGESLP en esa delegaci\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 con las investigaciones, hasta que logr\u00f3 judicializar el caso y presentar al
